Friday evening: Dance party with soul/HipHop artist Kimmortal at Song Sparrow Hall.

Sunday morning: Crowd favourite Drag Pancake Brunch with Freida Whales at Song Sparrow Hall.
Sunday evening: Open Mic Comedy Night at Cahoots.

Salmon Arm Pride Project is a collaborative venture with the goal of including the whole community in furthering LGBTQ2S+ awareness, visibility and acceptance, using the arts as a binding force. As a community within a community, we commit to providing a safe environment to conduct our work ethically and cooperatively, with a focus on research, education, equity, social justice and safety.

With a free live concert, 2 drag shows and a jam packed schedule of arts based events, 2022 was our biggest in-person year yet!
Thanks to amazing partnerships and wonderful artists we were able to facilitate event based placemaking for the 2SLGBTQ+ community in Salmon Arm, B.C.
