A.R.E.N.A. babies is a suite of five works drawn from Scott Kwah’s personal experience of the Sixties Scoop—the mass removal of Indigenous children into the child welfare system. At its centre stand 18 concrete children, each 2½ feet tall, seated on chairs. The exhibition holds displacement and hope at the same time.
